appropriate breathing, relaxed muscles, coherent heart rythms and dominant
alpha brain states.

The assessment and training of body and mind responses is routinely done. By
monitoring EEG (electroencephalograph), EMG (muscle tension,electromyography),
temperature, heart rate variability, blood volume pulse, EDA (electrodermal
activity), and respiration, while we guide you through a series of relaxation,
open focus, and meditation exercises.
This data along with a personal inventory questionnaire, gives us vital
information as a team to bring you to a state of optimal functioning.
